Tutor LMS Profiles Admin Table

Tutor LMS Profiles Admin Table is an administrative utility plugin designed to give site administrators a clear, structured, and reliable overview of user profiles and Tutor LMS statistics from a single interface. It replaces the default cluttered list-table approach with a Select → Details workflow that allows administrators to quickly locate a user and view all relevant profile and learning data without page reloads.

The plugin adds dedicated admin pages under both Tutor LMS and the WordPress Users menu, and also provides a shortcode that allows administrators to render the same management interface on the frontend when logged in. Access is strictly limited to users with administrative capabilities.

User selection is handled through a searchable dropdown that preloads a configurable number of users for performance safety. Once a user is selected, profile data is loaded via secure AJAX and displayed in a clean, readable details table. This includes core user information, custom profile fields, and Tutor LMS statistics such as enrolled courses, completed courses, courses in progress, reviews, and quizzes.

The plugin includes robust frontend profile URL resolution logic to correctly link to Tutor LMS dashboard pages, profile pages, or fallback locations depending on the site configuration. Administrators can view or edit a user’s profile directly from the interface, including when accessing Tutor LMS dashboard pages on the frontend in an admin-override mode.

Profile data saving is carefully handled to preserve Tutor LMS and WordPress core behavior. The plugin listens to multiple save hooks to ensure profile fields are correctly stored whether changes are made through Tutor LMS forms, WordPress core profile pages, or the frontend admin editor.

A secure, batched CSV export feature is included, allowing administrators to export all user profile data and Tutor LMS statistics in an Excel-compatible format. Exporting is streamed in batches to prevent memory issues on large sites and includes proper UTF-8 BOM handling for spreadsheet compatibility.

The plugin is built defensively to work even when certain Tutor LMS helper methods are unavailable, falling back to stored user meta where necessary. Assets are conditionally loaded, and inline CSS and JavaScript fallbacks are included to ensure functionality even if external asset files are missing.
